Everything was fine and as expected. The staff is very polite, supportive and smiling, especially the girl at the reception - Nebahat. She is also speaking Bulgarian, which was a nice surprise and was quite helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Both Nebahat and Yigit do their best to make your stay more comfortable. Our room for the first night had a bed and a sofa as opposed to two separate beds like in the reservation. On the next morning there was another room set for us with two separate beds. I like the cleanliness in the rooms and the comfortable continental beds. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I love the fact there's a free coffee from a self serve machine at the reception.

Very friendly stuff who welcomed us warmly even that we arrived very late. They helped us to find proper parking for our 6 motorcycles. Rooms are comfy and clean, but some noise can be heard from busy streets next to the hotel.

We visited with a baby and had an amazing stay. The room was warm, a kettle and baby cot were available, as well as a high chair at the bar/restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to Erasta mall and 3M and 5M Migros.

The hotel is really nice. It is located near to the city Center and near to the shopping malls.The staff was very kind and willing to help, espesially Nebahat helped us and provide us many information that we needed. The rooms were very clean and cosy. The breakfast was very tasty. If we will visit the city again, we are going to stay there for sure.

The staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful. Ms. Nebahat knows Bulgarian language and was really helpful. The hotel is quiet and clean and at a very good location.

Very comfortable & clean. Excellent friendly & helpful staff particularly on reception. Although on a Saturday night & busy the room we had was very quiet. would not hesitate in recommending to family or friends. Pet friendly & small convenient park nearby. Good Turkish breakfast

We got a promotion and received the room at half price. So this made everything to be extraordinarily perfect for the given price. It is clean and looks exactly like in the pictures.

The location was good, the receptionist very polite and professional. The room was very clean and warm, the mattress was confy. We had parking space right in front of hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat which isn't noisy at night. Water, tea, coffee, slippers, clean towels.
