Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Both Nebahat and Yigit do their best to make your stay more comfortable. Our room for the first night had a bed and a sofa as opposed to two separate beds like in the reservation. On the next morning there was another room set for us with two separate beds. I like the cleanliness in the rooms and the comfortable continental beds. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I love the fact there's a free coffee from a self serve machine at the reception.

We visited with a baby and had an amazing stay. The room was warm, a kettle and baby cot were available, as well as a high chair at the bar/restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to Erasta mall and 3M and 5M Migros.

Very comfortable & clean. Excellent friendly & helpful staff particularly on reception. Although on a Saturday night & busy the room we had was very quiet. would not hesitate in recommending to family or friends. Pet friendly & small convenient park nearby. Good Turkish breakfast

The location was good, the receptionist very polite and professional. The room was very clean and warm, the mattress was confy. We had parking space right in front of hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat which isn't noisy at night. Water, tea, coffee, slippers, clean towels.
